Naše spolupráce s univerzitou z Taipei (Tchaj-wan) úspěšně pokračuje!
Jsme opravdu velmi potěšeni, že spolupráce naší školy s partnerskou univerzitou na Tchaj-wanu se úspěšně rozvíjí a nabírá na intenzitě. Velkým milníkem se stala naše první společná on-line hodina, která proběhla v přátelské a velmi inspirativní atmosféře.
Během tohoto virtuálního setkání se naši studenti poprvé osobně seznámili se svými tchaj-wanskými protějšky. V úvodní části programu obě strany představily své školy, studijní obory a studentský život. Bylo velmi zajímavé sledovat, jak mnoho máme společného (např. obor zahradník a opravář), a zároveň poznávat odlišnosti vzdělávacích systémů i kulturní prostředí obou zemí.
Po úvodních prezentacích jsme se rozdělili do menších skupin, aby měli studenti příležitost si spolu nezávazně popovídat, sdílet své zkušenosti, zájmy i názory. Toto neformální setkání bylo velmi přínosné – podpořilo jazykové dovednosti našich studentů, posílilo jejich komunikační sebevědomí a umožnilo jim navázat první mezinárodní kontakty.
Rádi bychom poděkovali všem našim studentům z 2.A , kteří se této hodiny zúčastnili a skvěle se zhostili své role. Neměli jsme důvod se za cokoli stydět – naopak, jejich přednes v angličtině byl opravdu na vysoké úrovni a studenti tak reprezentovali naši školu na výbornou.
Jeden ze studentů Tomas Deniel Dvořák (2.A) dodává: „Byla to skvělá zkušenost, něco úplně nového. Měl jsem možnost popovídat si s klukem z Taiwanu, který studuje podobný obor jako já. Navzájem jsme si povídali o tom, jak to funguje u nás ve škole, a od té doby si spolu občas píšeme. Je zajímavé poznat, jak žijí a přemýšlejí studenti na druhé straně světa.“
Tato první on-line hodina byla skvělým začátkem další etapy naší spolupráce. Už nyní se těšíme na další společné aktivity, výměny zkušeností, které jsou pro naše studenty obrovským přínosem.

Our collaboration with the Taipei university is going on!
We are excited to share that our partnership with the university in Taiwan is thriving and continuing to grow. A major milestone was our first joint online class, which took place in a friendly and truly inspiring atmosphere.
During this virtual meeting, our students met their Taiwanese friends for the first time. In the opening part of the session, both sides presented their schools, study programs, and student life. It was fascinating to see that there are some things we have in common but we have also discovered some differences in our educational systems and cultures.
After the presentations, we split into smaller groups, giving students a chance to chat informally, share their experiences, interests, and perspectives. This face to face meeteing proved to be highly beneficial – it boosted our students’ language skills, increased their confidence in communication, and gave them the opportunity to build their first international connections.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the students from the class 2.A, who participated and handled the task so well. There was absolutely nothing to be ashamed of – their performance in English was impressive and truly represented our school with excellence.
One of our students Deniel Dvořák (2.A) has commented this experience: “It was a great experience and something completely new. I got to talk to a guy from Taiwan who’s studying a similar subject to me. We introduced our schools to each other and since then, we’ve been messaging from time to time. It’s really interesting to get to know how students live and think on the other side of the world.“
This first online class means a wonderful beginning to the next phase of our partnership. We are already looking forward to more shared activities, experience exchanges, and the deepening of intercultural understanding, which is an incredible asset for our students.
